Shinseki is just a political hack who got the job due to being anti-Iraq War. After the VA scandal broke, his days were numbered. It is a disgrace that the VA got to this point despite promises to fix it. Our veterans deserve better.
Jay Carney, like many press secretaries, did not live up to the hype and needed to go. He was a bad mouthpiece for a corrupt administration.
For a man who preached hope and change during his campaign, Obama and his administration is in a state of despair and the protection of the corrupt status quo.
Shinseki and Carney are two people who got what they deserved.
